Auriens Chelsea is a luxury retirement home situated in Dovehouse Street, Chelsea. It provides 56 high-end apartments alongside premium health and leisure facilities and spans a total area of 12,327 sq m. MAXWALL Fire Protection have partnered Loveld once again to install the fire and smoke and acoustic seals between the floor slab and the precast cladding as well as completed the thermal insulation on the back face of the pre-cast cladding façade.
